Shipping and Returns
Shipping policy
- Calonie offers Free US Shipping on all orders (Ground Economy).
- Packages shipped via free shipping may ship USPS, UPS or Fedex from our warehouse in California.
- Upgraded expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee based on the order weight and your location. We offer 2 day shipping and 3 day shipping.
- International orders are dispatched by DHL Express or UPS Worldwide. Transit times will vary based on location.
- Orders will generally ship from our warehouse in California within 2-3 business days from the date of order placement. (processing time) Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Transit time, after processing is as follows:
- Ground transit time is generally 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping transit time varies based on service selected (2-day, 3-day).
- Unfortunately, address changes after an order has been submitted is not always possible. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

Return / Exchange policy
- Calonie offers returns of unworn/unwashed goods with original tags intact, within 14 days from when you receive your package.
- There is an $8 return shipping fee for any return, per return shipment in the USA. We will issue you a return label for use. International returns are at the customer's expense.
- Please note, all items purchased with a 40% discount or greater are final sale and cannot be returned.
- All items will be inspected upon return to ensure they are unworn and unwashed, and eligible for a return.
- Refunds for returns will be issued to the issuing form of payment within 5 days of receipt of the return package. Banks may process these refunds at varied speed.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Contact CustomerCare@calonie.com as soon as you identify an issue.
- Since our inventory changes on a daily basis, exchanges are sometimes not available. To arrange an exchange, please contact CustomerCare@calonie.com.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments.
