Return / Exchange policy
- Calonie offers returns of unused, unworn, unwashed goods with original tags intact, within 14 days from the delivery date.
- There is an $8 return shipping fee for any return, per return shipment in the USA. We will issue you a return label for use. International returns are at the customer's expense.
- Please note, all items purchased with a 40% discount or greater are final sale and cannot be returned. This applies only to discounted items.
- All items will be inspected upon return to ensure they are unworn and unwashed, and eligible for a return.
- Refunds for returns will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 days after your return has been received and inspected.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Contact CustomerCare@calonie.com as soon as you identify an issue.
- Since our inventory changes on a daily basis, exchanges are sometimes not available. To arrange an exchange, please contact CustomerCare@calonie.com.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments.
